Ingredients
¼ tsp Carom seeds (Ajwain)
½ tsp Fennel seeds (Saunf)
½ tsp Coriander seeds (Dhaniya)
7 Black seeds (Kalonji)
250 ml Filtered water
How to Prepare
Lightly rinse the seeds. Optionally dry-roast them for 30 seconds.
Steep in hot water (90°C) overnight or simmer for 5 minutes.
Strain in the morning and sip lukewarm on an empty stomach.
